Restricted Breeds

In 2002, the Queensland State Government amended the Local Government Act to include the “Restricted Dog Legislation”. Under the new legislation, persons owning the following breeds of dog are now required by law to register the animal with Council.  A photograph of each dog has been placed next to the relevant breed name, for easy reference.
