Administration Centre Memorial Parklands also includes an administration centre where residents can meet onsite to talk to funeral operators about their individual service needs.

Contemplative Walks The garden areas include a series of contemplative walks, and relatives may choose to scatter the ashes of loved ones in the gardens or ornamental lake.

The Teahouse The Teahouse was designed to allow family and friends to gather for tea and coffee following a service. In keeping with the intent, the teahouse has a small kitchen with basic tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. There are 50 chairs available at the teahouse if required.

Lawn Style Cemetery The lawn cemetery utilises the very latest technology. A below ground crypt burial system allows up to three members of the same family to be interred in one crypt. There will be no monuments or headstones in the cemetery section. People will be able to memorialise their loved ones with a bronze plaque which is at ground level in keeping with the lawn cemetery concept. The cemetery incorporates a designated area for returned service personnel and their families. There is also a special children's section.

Cremation and Memorialisation Memorial Parklands offers a range of options and flexibility in relation to memorialisation. The ashes of loved ones may be scattered in the gardens or ornamental lake and a memorial plaque can be placed on one of the many unique stones lining the walkways and scattered throughout the site. A plaque may also be placed on a tree or along one of the walkway edges. Ashes can also be interred in the cemetery section. Ashes will generally be available several days following a cremation service and will be presented in a crematoria ashes box. Memorialisation urns can be arranged through your funeral director.

The Chapel The Chapel is sited to take advantage of a serene bushland outlook across the river inlet. It has seating for 80 - 100 people indoors. The open verandah design allows additional capacity for larger services. Extra chairs can be arranged on request. The chapel has a modern sound system and audio visual equipment.

Several discrete gathering points including a tea house overlooking an ornamental lake enable family and friends to remain on the site to farewell their loved ones in a beautiful tranquil and natural setting. The various key nodes within the park are linked with a series of contemplative walks.
