Local Laws

The new Council was formed on the 15th March 2008 and includes the former:-

• Calliope Shire Council
• Gladstone City Council
• Miriam Vale Shire Council
• Gladstone Calliope Aerodrome Board

All the local laws and policies of these former authorities continue to apply within the former areas until they are amended by the new Council.

This process will take a significant amount of time. As the new Council formulates its laws and policies they will appear on this website.

Council has a number of Local Laws and Sub-Ordinate Local Laws.
