Gladstone Regional Council 2009/2010 Budget
Gladstone Regional Council has handed down its second Budget.
The $276 million Budget was delivered by Mayor George Creed to Council on June 30 at Council's Gladstone Civic Centre boardroom.
In handing down the balanced Budget, Cr Creed said he was pleased Council was able to defy the deficit budgets of the Federal and State Governments at a time when Council was under increasing pressure to cover costs associated with the withdrawal of funding and subsidies by the State Government, in particular.
Gladstone Regional Council has completed its first full planning process. The Corporate Plan 2009-2013 and the Operational Plan 2009/2010 are now available for viewing.
