Gladstone Entertainment Centre is regularly hired out at affordable rates for weddings, conferences, training seminars, trade expos and more.

The recently refurbished Basement Playhouse has new carpet, lighting and removable walls, which allows the client to have the space set up in many different layouts.

The greenroom is ideal for intimate meetings of about 10 people, the boardroom is perfect for gatherings of about 30 guests and the playhouse can seat up to around 100.

For larger gatherings, the foyer, main stage and auditorium are also available for hire, seating up to 700.

All spaces are airconditioned and come set up with tables and chairs. We even provide complimentary notebooks, pencils and mints if your function requires.

Thanks to the Gladstone Regional Council, Gladstone Entertainment Centre has recently purchased a marquee for outside events.

This can be set up on site or at a location of your choice, providing a gorgeous silk-lined space for gatherings of 100 to 1000 people.

Gladstone Entertainment Centre's real point of difference is the technical equipment we have available and the qualified function support personnel.

Whether it's a projector and screen, whiteboard, PA, laptop or any other technical gear, we will have it on site and the fully qualified technicians available to run it for you if required.

We also have a chef on staff, so whether it's simple coffee and cake or elaborate meals, we can ensure your function is a culinary experience to remember.
