Animal Registration - Your Registration Notice Explained...
Some residents have experienced problems with their registration notice incorrectly reflecting the desexed or micro chipped status of their animal.
If this applies to you, please call into one of the Administration Offices listed on the reverse side of your account and the adjustment will be arranged.
Residents are still able to take advantage of electronic payment methods however your account must be amended prior to payment. Amended accounts cannot be settled over the counter at an Australia Post branch as the barcode will be voided and will no longer apply. Australia Post electronic payment methods are still operational and payment can be made by calling Post Billpay on 13 18 16.
Furthermore, there have been unexpected problems with the BPay payment option. An adjustment to your Reference No. is required in order for payment to be accurately transacted. Council’s Biller Code No. will remain as 72868. Your Reference No. will require the following 6 digits, 728680, to be placed in front of the Reference No. as printed on your notice.

Example - The new Reference No. will now be: 728680999888
We apologise for these first year teething problems.
